The questions we get most.

What if something breaks at night?

We're on call. If it can be resolved remotely, we'll do everything to fix it that night. If it's a serious fault that needs hands on the kit, a technician is there the next day.

What about big events?

Agreed in advance. Major nights are planned and resourced ahead of time, so everything is reliable when it matters most.

Do we still need our own staff?

The plan replaces the need for a full-time audiovisual technician, not your floor team. Staff keep simple one-touch control; we handle the technical side remotely.
